When you write to us, the patient coordinator of 4 Health Travel will discuss your needs and expectations with you to ensure that we can choose the best possible medical institution personally tailored to your requirements. If required, we can provide translation of your medical reports. Our medical team will then analyze your case notes and, based on their analysis, we will contact the specialists appropriate for your condition.
INITIAL TREATMENT PLAN
Next, we will put together an initial treatment plan and cost estimate, based on your details and wishes. You will have time to analyze our proposition and can write to us with any doubts that may arise. With your permission, we will organize the treatment for you in Poland. If requested, we can help you with organization of your visa, accommodation and local transport and any service from a wide range of choice.

The patient coordinator of 4 Health Travel provide attention and assistance in Poland and is there for you during your treatment, especially in difficult life situations. Our main objective is your well-being and recovery. We offer as much or as little aid as you need, first of all with checking into the clinic, accompanying you to medical appointments and visiting you while you are in Krakow. We will also manage your medical reports and can offer translation as required. We will be with you all along the way of your medical stay here.

TRANSPORTATION
If you wish, we can arrange the transportation services for you (and your family as required) and take you directly from the airport to the hospital or to apartment you have chosen. You will be introduced to your travel manager, who on our behalf will be responsible for all the details during your stay. We will take care of all the aspects - from your arrival to your departure.

COMMUNICATION
While in Poland we make it easier on you to stay in touch with us. 4 Health Travel provides you with a personal mobile phone that is always with you during your stay. We will also prepare in cooperation with you a communication plan to regularly update your loved ones back home, who would be anxiously monitoring your health status during your stay in Poland.
LEISURE SERVICES
4 Health Travel will help you make the most of your stay and visit the beautiful sites and tourist attractions in Krakow and its environs. On your request we will arrange the services of licensed tourist guide speaking your native language. You are encouraged to take this opportunity, because Krakow offers many interesting historical sights and has a picturesque, well-preserved centre dating from the Middle Ages. In addition we encourage you to try the delicious food, and meet the friendly locals. The future and the past meet here, creating a unique atmosphere.

HOMECOMING
As with any form of medical treatment, the recuperation and rest period after your surgery is relevant to a successful outcome .When your medical treatment is completed, you will obtain a final cost summary with copies of all the necessary invoices. We will also send you all your medical reports or keep them here for you. We will guarantee you the best possible post operative care, if requested.
